CATHERINE HAINES

YACHT SALES MANAGER

Catherine is a passionate marine industry professional with over ten years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. As Yacht Sales Manager at TPG Yacht Sales, she is committed to helping clients find the right vessel to match their goals—whether they’re just getting started or ready to take the next step in their boating journey. She values building genuine relationships and takes pride in offering a knowledgeable, personalized approach to every client.

Catherine has spent her entire life on the water, beginning with childhood summers aboard a 1957 Chris-Craft Cruiser and a 1967 Lyman Cruisette. Those early years—prepping boats each spring, playing around in boat yards, and cruising the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound—instilled in her a deep appreciation for the ocean and the lifestyle it offers. While studying Marine Transportation at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, she joined the sailing team and fell in love with competitive racing and continues to do so on anything she can, from VX Ones and J24s to Sunfast 3300s and America’s Cup boats.

She’s excited to share what she loves most with others, and looks forward to helping you get out on the water.

ERIC BRADLEY

VP, MARINA OPERATIONS

Eric is a highly experienced professional in the marina industry, with over 24 years of expertise in marina management, consulting, and construction. He has worked with over 60 marinas across the United States, including Annapolis, Miami, the Great Lakes, and Rhode Island. Eric has earned a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry, known for his expertise, professionalism, and dedication to delivering results.

Eric's passion for boating started early, and he has pursued it throughout his life. His boating background includes racing J24 sailboats, fishing on his own boat, and working as a first mate on a traditional gaff-rigged schooner, where he helped with corporate team building and supported at-risk youth. Eric’s extensive background has given him a unique perspective on marina operations and management. Currently, Eric serves as the Vice President of Marina Operations, where he leverages his knowledge and experience to oversee the operations of numerous marinas across the country.
